This arrangement was originally recorded in the studio as a duet between piano and somebody hand whistling. This arrangement was recorded for the solo piano album, but with a nod towards the original recording. “Do You Hear What I Hear?” is one of the funnest Christmas songs to play with its natural echoes and simple melody. Any pianist will enjoy trying to pick out the melody and make this arrangement even more complex for their own taste.
